The Palacio do Grilo is a restaurant in the middle of a living theater, where each member of the team is an actor or performer, ready to surprise you. A joyful and festive artistic experience for all audiences, and at any time of the day.  

And, for the first time since its construction three centuries ago, it opens its doors.

To dine, lunch, drink, stroll through its salons or gardens is to experience a kingdom dedicated to dreams, the one that a whimsical duke affiliated with the Portuguese royal family had imagined for himself. Thanks to intense research and creation, a handful of intellectuals, architects and artists allow you to dive into the secrets of the immense stage of this living theater, where everything plays with rules and habits, daily life and everyday life, verisimilitude and beauty.
